  • Rick Ford
    President & CEO

    Rick has over 30 years of automotive management experience
    From 2010 to January 2014, he was COO of World Class Automotive Group, a privately held operator of 9 dealerships. Prior, he was Regional Vice President at Sonic Automotive, which owns over 150 dealerships nationwide, with responsibility for dealerships in Texas, Colorado, and Nevada. Rick has been responsible for 32 dealerships with revenues in excess of $1.8 B and over $50M in annual store level profits, with oversight of all dealership operations.

    He has held every dealership management position from Sales to GM, giving him an in-depth understanding of every facet of the business. With extensive experience at both AutoNation and Sonic, Rick understands the consolidations strategies of the major public firms.

    He resides in the Dallas area with his wife and daughter; he also has 2 grown sons and 3 grandchildren

  • Myron Heronema
    Chief Operating Officer

    Myron has over 27 years' experience in the retail automotive industry. Prior experience includes 9 years with Sonic Automotive in roles including Regional Variable Operations Director, Regional Finance Director, and National New Car Director. He has over 5 years' experience as General Manager running all dealership operations. Myron has held all variable operations positions within the automotive industry in addition to multiple corporate roles with Sonic Automotive.

    He resides in the Dallas area and has a 13 year old daughter.

  • Harry Harden
    VP of Human Resources

    Harry has over 35 years experience in HR, with time spent in retail automotive, manufacturing and consumer products organizations
    For 12 years prior to joining RFJ, Harry served as the VP of HR for Sonic Automotive. His responsibilities included employee relations, benefit administration, compensation, HR systems, leadership development, training, payroll and risk management. Creating HR and people functions in new and growing organizations has been a central theme of his career.
    He graduated form Auburn University with a BS in business administration and a concentration in HR.  Harry and his wife, Melody, reside in Wears Valley, TN and have three grown daughters and a growing number of grandchildren
