Love the feel and look but not the quality

I have owned Mercedes and Lexus cars, but bought a new BMW X5 35i in 2014 thinking I would own it for years. Within one year, I was having problems: first, with having to replace the battery, next the suspension went out, then the car had to be reprogrammed for $200, and now the passenger seat has literally come apart on the side. I’ve had this car in the shop more than any other luxury car I’ve had. Very poor quality for a luxury car.…

The drive, acceleration, handling and overall performance of the X5 is impressive. Additionally, where comparable vehicles are lacking in ride, quiet interior and comfort, the X5 delivers.
Another impressive attribute of the X5 is that it's styling differentiates itself from other high-end SUVs; you know it's a BMW, even from a distance.
BMW continues to deliver in all areas of high-end vehicles.…

Cannot say enough about this X5. We travel cross country every winter and it is awesome in all weather conditions. The ride, handling and comfort are second to none. I normally trade in at this time but it’s to difficult to to get rid of it.…
